Getting there
Getting to Nicaragua might be slightly more difficult than going to the grocery store, but it is infinitely more exciting!
There are 2 airports to choose from, Managua, Nicaragua or Liberia, Costa Rica. WestJet offers direct flights to Liberia which would be the easiest flight route.
Either way, getting to TreeCasa from the airport are equal rides in length and scenery (volcanoes, lakes, and windmills), so choosing the airport is a matter of flight costs, convenience and your overall travel plans.
You can expect daily power + vinyasa yoga, surfing, connection, conversation, delicious food, adventure, exploration and a lot of FUN!
You will be given LOTS of free time to be able to unwind and relax. Enjoy as much or as little of everything as you like - it’s your time to take and your experience to create.
Meet your Hosts
Tania Brown
In 2013, I travelled to Hawaii to embark on one of the greatest experiences of my life, my yoga teacher training. Since then, I've been either teaching full time or teaching and managing some of the biggest studios in the city.
In 2017, I made my first trip to San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua and fell under a spell - the warmth of its people, the richness of its culture, and the raw beauty of it landscapes captured my heart.
It was there, the vision of a retreat was born.
Erika and I met for coffee and bonded over our mutual love of the town. A partnership emerged, rooted in our shared vision of creating a fun yet transformative yoga retreat on this magical land.
I invite you to join Erika and I join our journey where the spirit of connection and the beauty of Nicaragua intertwine to offer you an unforgettable experience.
Come be a part of the ENERGY!

I found yoga 15 years ago. My mat quickly became the place where I could go that always felt secure and stable. It became home.
Yoga has been my guiding light and greatest teacher ever since. Like most people, I found yoga in a time where I felt hopeless, like there was no hope. years ago I walked away from my corporate accounting career and chose to follow my heart. I started studying with The Baptiste Institute and now have 1,000’s of hours of training with the institute and teaching in studio. I co-facilitate power yoga teacher trainings and lead international yoga retreats in some of the most beautiful and exciting places in the world.
I hope you are able to join Tania and I in Nicuragua, it will be a week that you don’t want to miss. It really is TIME to come alive!
